On October 6, the Stark Tuscarawas Wayne Joint Solid Waste Management District hosted its first annual awards banquetat Skyland Pines Rustic Lodge. Awards were presented to individuals, groups and businesses for their outstanding efforts in recycling, reuse and waste reduction.
